For the value we paid, our stay at Hotel Plaza Carnaval was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a great view of the volcano. The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the staff treated us like special guests.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the food options.

19 miles away from Antonio Narino airport. The particularly good bathroom and good sized and well furnished room. Particularly nice views of the park across the street and overall nice facilities;))

We were excited to stay at this new hotel because of the convenient location in the center of town. the staff was indeed friendly, but that was the only highlight of our stay. the room was tiny and lacking basic amenities. We had to request extra towels and toiletries as they were not provided. the breakfast was underwhelming with limited options and low quality ingredients.
